Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Content Manager to design and deliver compelling content for executive communities and C-level events.

You will develop event agendas, identify topics through research, secure speakers, and craft session formats, while analyzing feedback to measure success. Responsibilities include drafting speaker profiles, abstracts, invitations, scripts, and marketing materials, with travel ~10% for events.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant work experience is required.
• Professional business and/or technical writing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter quickly.
• Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile executives.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management to create compelling event agendas.
• Schedule and lead calls with C-level executives and speakers.
• Write speaker profiles, abstracts, invitations, and stage scripts.
• Conduct research to identify topics for Fortune 1000 audiences.
• Negotiate, draft and manage speaker agreements.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations to align with event strategy.
• Evaluate content quality and drive continual improvement.
• Manage content projects and provide training and support to colleagues.
• Travel to events approximately 10% of the time.
• Provide customer service to large sponsor accounts.
