Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cell Program Analyst to analyze, coordinate, and liaison across Army HQ and DoW organizations for EOD and C-IED incorporation into DOTMLPF-P. You will draft reports, brief leadership, and support exercises, design assessments, and participate in cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years of division-level experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a Navy EOD background, with strong analytic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at the division level or above.
• 2+ years of experience on C-IED or EOD programs.
• Experience supporting policy, program oversight, capabilities development, and resourcing requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduate of the Navy School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, support, expertise and liaison between the Headquarters and Department of the Army.
• Provide representation to DoW organizations and forums to integrate EOD and C-IED into DOTMLPF-P requirements and solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis on doctrine, prepare reports, present briefs, and participate in evaluations of capabilities.
• Facilitate input to Force Design Updates regarding EOD and coordinate related issues within LP doctrine.
