Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Analyst specializing in Counter-Improvised Threat to join the EOD/C-IED program team at Fort Leonard Wood. You will provide analysis, briefs, and liaison across Army and DoW to integrate EOD into LP requirements and support Multi-Domain Operations.

You will conduct doctrine research, write reports, present briefs, and participate in working groups, with TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree or Navy EOD training preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working at the division level or above.
• 2+ years of experience working on C-IED or EOD programs.
• Experience supporting policy, program oversight, capabilities development, and resourcing requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of the Navy School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, support, expertise and liaison between the Headquarters and Department of the Army.
• Represent DoW organizations and forums to integrate EOD and C-IED into DOTMLPF-P requirements and solutions.
• Review and assess proposed EOD gaps within LP and assist in experiments, assessments, and exercises within LP.
• Coordinate support on issues related to EOD within LP doctrine, concepts, capabilities, materiel, and training.
• Provide talking points, recommendations, and review policy and strategy revision to a C-IED program and Army strategy.
