As a(n) C&IB Associate Relationship Manager - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in San Antonio, TX.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

About Commercial Banking

Provides financial services to companies with sales from $5 million to $50 million. You will be a trusted advisor within a fast-paced environment, supporting relationship building and portfolio growth through innovative approaches and technology platforms.

Job Description

1. Perform banking activities including underwriting, relationship management, and product suite activities, under supervision.
2. Identify and mitigate various risks, manage quality for clients, and assist in preparing offerings and scorecards.
3. Analyze information to design and execute client solutions, from request to booking, including driving fee income and considering policies, regulations, and client needs.
4. Engage with clients to gather information, expand relationships, and articulate recommendations.
5. Demonstrate ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and policies.
6. Participate in social learning, networking, mentoring, and community outreach to develop credit, product, and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Customer Engagement, Financial Analysis, and Sales Opportunities.
• Competencies including Attention to Detail, Business Acumen, Customer Experience, Decision Making, Communication, Flexibility, and Prioritization.
• Typically requires a university degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; no specific certifications or licenses needed.
