Job summary

Seaboard Foods LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations in Guymon, OK.

You will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and use precision instruments to inspect and service equipment.

The role requires the ability to work at heights, follow supervisor instructions, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Have thorough knowledge of department and related components including location of switches, valves, and controls throughout department.
• Maintain basic knowledge and understanding of tool usage.
• Perform minor maintenance such as bearing replacement, chain setting, oil/lube maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Work overhead on a ladder or scaffolding in high areas.
• Stooping or bending to work below knee level.
• Take daily instructions from supervisor and carry out assignments and duties with little or no supervision.
• Use precision instruments such as torque wrenches, dial indicator, calipers and micrometers as the job requires.
• Dismantle, identify, repair, and put back into service all types of machinery in the department in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as required.
