Job summary

iO Associates seeks exceptional C++ Engineers to join a premier fund in NYC, Miami, or Chicago. You will work directly with PMs and researchers, building and optimizing infrastructure that has immediate impact on trading performance.

You’ll own critical components, write ultra-low-latency code, and help scale systems. If you crave ownership, speed, and a direct line between your code and PnL, this role is worth discussing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience writing high-performance C++ in production environments.
• Proficient in modern C++ (C++17/20+) with template metaprogramming.
• Strong networking and distributed systems knowledge.
• Solid grounding in data structures and algorithms.
