Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a C++ Software Engineer for a 9-month contract onsite in the United States to support a POS/embedded system.

You will join an Agile team, lead design to delivery, create unit tests, and mentor peers while ensuring high-quality code and secure handling of sensitive data.

Must have 5+ years C++ on Windows, strong OO design, and experience with BDD using Cucumber/Behave/Gherkin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C++ experience on Windows (Modern C++11+).
• Strong object-oriented design skills and experience producing software designs.
• Experience with BDD test automation using Cucumber, Behave, or Gherkin.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features and modify existing features, including documentation.
• Build and execute unit tests for new or existing code.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve issues in released software.
• Maintain high quality and protect sensitive consumer information.
