Qualifications

Payteria is a fintech company building next-generation payment technologies.

Задачи:

• Develop and enhance an anti-fraud solution used by companies across Europe and Asia
• Participate in technical and business discussions to define solutions and product development strategy
• Build and maintain the roadmap for future company products and modules
• Analyze technical requirements and business processes, estimate effort, and plan sprints with the PO, PM, and development team
• Contribute to system architecture, write and review code, and ensure release quality and stability
• Analyze and improve existing technical solutions, defining directions for technology evolution and product optimization

Требования:

• 3+ Years of commercial development experience with C# / .NET
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Understanding of how indexes work and the differences between index types
• Experience optimizing queries and understanding when and why to use data sharding
• Knowledge of the CAP theorem and distributed systems principles
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to boost productivity
