Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or business administration with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate user requests into system requirements.
• Ability to map current to future business processes.
• Experience guiding software projects to completion in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support assigned applications.
• Document programs, operating instructions, user guides and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, vendors and systems teams; support small projects.
• Drive application changes aligned with business objectives.
• Deploy releases using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps; participate in deployment planning.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues; own issues to completion.
