The State of Indiana, IDOH Office of Technology and Cybersecurity, seeks a skilled software developer to build and maintain Vital Records apps using C#, advanced SQL, and database admin across modern and legacy environments.

Collaborate with the Service Desk and vendors to troubleshoot, support government workflows, and apply automated testing and AI-assisted development. 7+ years experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use case tools and development software tools.
• Develop solutions within defined components.
• Test applications, identify deficiencies, and validate programming.
