Job summary

Tradeweb Technology is seeking a senior C++ engineer to join a globally distributed team. You will contribute to the next generation trading platform by developing core C++ applications, designing backend services, and enhancing the overall architecture.

You will work with Windows Visual Studio, participate in reviews, implement unit tests, and collaborate with IT and business units to deliver reliable production systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in C++ programming.
Strong skills in structural and OO programming, C++ concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, multithreaded programming.
Experience in development using Visual Studio on Windows.
Good knowledge of databases.
Extensive problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels within IT and Business Units.
Ability to work independently and within a team, own issues and solve them.
Ability to recognize critical production and client-facing issues, and prioritize them.

As an integral part of its technology plan, Tradeweb is looking for a talented, self-motivated individual, to work within the team developing the company’s next generation trading platform.

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

C++ application development
Participate in application design and implementation

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $150,000 to $225,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program.
This role is expected to remain open until 11/1/26.
