Job summary

Drgok is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on C-17 ATS simulator devices at bases including Memphis ANGB, Travis AFB, and Jackson ANGB. The role requires technical college credentials and hands-on electronics/electromechanical experience.

Candidates will troubleshoot, interpret manuals, and maintain comprehensive maintenance records. Responsibilities include diagnostics, system checks, basic networking support for training devices, and documentation

Qualifications

• Must be currently in the position being recruited for and able to perform the essential duties.
• Minimum two years of related hands-on experience, or an equivalent combination totaling at least four years.
• Candidate must meet all site requirements and program requirements.
• Experience interpreting maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical orders.
• Ability to perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance on flight simulation devices and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves routine equipment malfunctions using technical knowledge.
• Interprets manuals, orders, schematics, and drawings.
• Performs system readiness tests and operational checks.
• Maintains maintenance records and updates work orders in the logistics system.
• Performs basic charging, testing, and calibration of electronic equipment.

Education

Technical College Degree or certificate in electronics, electrical technology, electromechanical systems, computer technology, aviation maintenance, industrial maintenance or related technical field
