Job summary

Govserviceshub is seeking a Blue Yonder WMS developer to create and modify BY software applications for external client implementations. The role involves analyzing specifications, designing solutions, and delivering code that meets project requirements.

You will collaborate with senior developers, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior staff while adhering to standards. Strong communication and problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 10+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to create software specifications and analyze problems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and provides technical solutions to moderately complex application development problems.
• Creates functional requirements, gap analyses, and design documents.
• Designs, prototypes and applies best practices for new and/or existing systems including the development of test plans.
• Develops specifications for and programs moderately complex technical modules and applications.
• Works with management and architects to craft the best technical approach for the project at hand.
• Gathers requirements and estimates project work into cost models.
• Creates/modifies complex applications per specifications, on time, on budget in a quality manner.
• Performs code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality and requirements.
