Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a BCBA for our ABA center in Hawai'i. This full-time salaried role involves conducting FBAs and skill-based assessments, designing and monitoring treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to uphold BAYADA's standards of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

You will adhere to the BACB Code and work to maintain high professional and ethical standards while collaborating with a team in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Hawaii state license in behavior analysis required before start.
• Strong references and communication/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
• Adhere to BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
• Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Interest in professional development and advancement
• Solid communication skills
