What You’ll Do

As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll help clients throughout the home-buying process. This includes:

• Learning what each client is looking for and helping them understand their options
• Scheduling and showing homes
• Helping buyers evaluate properties and make informed decisions
• Preparing and negotiating offers
• Communicating with clients, lenders, title, and other parties throughout the transaction
• Helping keep the transaction organized through closing
• Staying connected with clients after the transaction and continuing to build those relationships

• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
• Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
