Holley Performance Brands is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Commodity Buyer to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management of our Rubber & Plastics categories . This role is critical in shaping the long‑term supply strategy, optimizing total cost of ownership, and ensuring a stable and competitive supply base for our growing portfolio of performance products.
The Commodity Buyer is a professional negotiator, market analyst, and supplier relationship manager responsible for developing and executing a macro-level sourcing strategy for assigned commodities. This individual determines which suppliers Holley partners with, negotiates commercial terms, establishes long-term agreements (LTAs), mitigates tariff and market risk, and consolidates spend across the enterprise. The Buyer owns the strategic direction of Rubber & Plastics procurement and collaborates cross‑functionally to support new product development, cost savings initiatives, and operational requirements.
