You will guide buyers through consultations, property searches, showings, negotiations and closing, while developing daily habits and productive follow‑ups. This role emphasizes relationship building, delivering exceptional client experiences, and generating long‑term referrals.

Must reside in Orange County with an active U.S. real estate license.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current trends.
• Consistent record of real estate success.
• Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions.
• Must live in Orange County.
• Must have working rights in the USA.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to travel by car.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information about the local housing market to buyers.
• Schedule showings, show homes and open houses for buyers.
• Coordinate negotiations between buyer and seller/listing agent.
• Assist buyers in selecting mortgage options that fit budget.
• Reach out to leads to gauge interest and needs.
