The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced, highly motivated buyer of government property to support mission requirements and needs of our Aberdeen Proving Ground Software Open Architecture Development Team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for procurement support in support of the C5ISR Center RTI Directorate.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with a team of teams to anticipate and fulfill procurement needs.
Receives and reviews purchase requests, gathers and evaluates quotes, and seeks necessary approvals.
Reviews requisitions, prepares bid requests, and expedites delivery of goods to users.
Prepares and presents procurement reports.
Supports shipping and delivery of equipment.
Maintains procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, and delivery.
Optimize procurement processes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
Drives a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Required:
US Citizen with eligibility to upgrade to a TS/SCI.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
Deep understanding of federal procurement regulations and requirements, including FAR/DFARS, and the ability to ensure compliance.
Analytical mindset to evaluate supplier performance, costs, and risks, using data to inform decisions.
Negotiation and relationship management skills to maintain strong supplier and stakeholder partnerships.
Critical thinking to anticipate and mitigate procurement delays.
Experienced with selecting, ordering, and authorizing payment for merchandise according to contractual agreements.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders.
Desired:
Experience with submitting IT hardware and software through Army & DoD approval processes, to include the Army Chief Information Officer (CIO) / G-6 portal.
Experience purchasing IT items via the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) process.
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA) receiving procedures and forms, to include DD 1149’s, DA 3161’s, and DA 2062’s.
CACI Procure to Pay (P2P) purchasing tool experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
