Fenner Precision Polymers, part of the Michelin Group, invites you to join our supply chain team in Lititz, PA. The Buyer/Planner II will support production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and procurement to meet customer demand efficiently.

You'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, driving continuous improvement and on-time delivery across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory management, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage and/or lead cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• APICS coursework or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with procurement activities.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
