Job summary

Curastem is seeking a Buyer/Planner to oversee material purchasing, manage supply chain requirements, and support production schedules on-site in Chelsea, MA. • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate cost savings opportunities, and manage purchase orders and vendor setup in the system
• Monitor inventory levels, adjust reorder points, and identify opportunities for inventory optimization
• Collaborate with the finance team on monthly and quarterly audits, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments
• Identify and drive process improvements in material planning, purchasing, and supplier performance
• Support communication and alignment between internal teams such as Engineering and Manufacturing, and external vendors
