TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced professional for a purchasing/contracts-focused role in an automotive/R&D setting. The candidate should have a BS in Business Administration or related field, with 5+ years of experience and specialization in purchasing and contracts.

Proficiency with CAD drawings and SAP is required, along with strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and excellent communication abilities.

Requires a BS degree in Business Administration or related degree and a minimum of 5+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate will will have specialized experience in purchasing and or contracts. Experience with CAD drawings including knowledge of Automotive and Proto-Type parts required. Expert PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required. SAP Experience required.

Must Have Skills & Experience

• Strong coordination / project support ability in a fast-moving, changing environment
• Ability to manage open purchase orders (POs) and track multiple items simultaneously
• Proven skill in working cross-functionally with internal teams (designers, stakeholders) and external suppliers
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in an R&D setting where priorities shift frequently

Communication & Professional Skills

• Clear, effective verbal and written communication
• Comfortable interacting with suppliers and internal customers
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and follow-through
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Experience Level

• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience (flexible)
• Not suitable for entry-level or brand-new college graduates
• Emphasis on capability and adaptability over years of tenure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Ariba / SAP Business Network for supplier communication

Industry Background

• Automotive industry experience
• Prior Honda experience or familiarity with Honda culture and processes

Technical Exposure

• Basic CAD drawing interpretation
• Ability to view drawings and pull part information
