PCSI is seeking a Buyer (Engineering Tech IV) at SWRMC- LLTM in San Diego. You will compile material requests, prepare and issue purchase orders, track orders and respond to inquiries. You may interview suppliers, evaluate bids, prepare solicitations, and perform price comparisons.

PCSI is looking for a Buyer (Engineering Tech IV) at SWRMC- LLTM! Compile requests for materials, prepare and issue purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders. Prepare solicitations, evaluate bids from potential suppliers, and execute the procurement action. May interview potential suppliers by telephone or face-to-face to check on prices and specifications and thereby put together spreadsheets with price comparisons and other facts about each supplier. This position will report to the Procurement Supervisor and is based at SWRMC-LLTM in San Diego.
Typical work days are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
