McGard LLC is seeking a Buyer II on 1st shift (Mon-Fri) with a 9/80 option. The role is salaried, with an annual range of $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.

You will manage procurement for production needs, negotiate with suppliers, and help drive continuous improvement in sourcing and materials management. The position requires strong English communication, an associate degree in business or supply chain, and 2–5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Two to five years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, supplies, and services to support production and ops.
• Source, expeditе, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Lead process improvements and supplier performance initiatives.
• Mentor junior buyers as needed and support continuous improvement.
