Job summary

Sira Consulting is seeking a procurement/contract specialist with 5+ years’ experience in purchasing and contracts. The role requires CAD drawing interpretation, knowledge of automotive and prototype parts, and strong PC skills.

• BS degree in Business Administration or related degree; 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specialized experience in purchasing and/or contracts.
• Experience with CAD drawings including knowledge of Automotive and Proto-Type parts.
• Expert PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software).
• Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and contracts activities in a fast-moving R&D environment.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, stakeholders, and external suppliers to manage open POs and multiple items.
• Maintain high attention to detail and organizational standards in a dynamic setting.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues and ensure continuity.
