$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, licensed Buyer Agent who’s ready to plug into a proven system and start closing deals fast. At The Murphy Group, you’ll receive a steady stream of warm buyer leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and our internal database — plus the training, tools, and full backend support you need to succeed. You’ll focus solely on serving motivated buyers while we handle the marketing, admin, and lead generation. If you love helping clients find the perfect home and want to build a consistent, scalable real estate business — this is your next move.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming buyer leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and team sources
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs, goals, and timelines
  • Show properties and guide clients through the homebuying process
  • Write offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with all parties to close deals
  • Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your lead pipeline and communication
  • Host open houses to generate interest and new buyer opportunities
  • Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings
  • Provide a high-touch, client-first experience that reflects The Murphy Group standard

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (or in progress)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, coachable, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable showing homes, including evenings/weekends
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs (Follow Up Boss is a plus)
  • Passionate about helping buyers and delivering great service
  • Willing to follow proven systems and scripts
