Company Profile: A leading building materials/design organization is looking to add a Buyer to their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, accurate inventory planning, and smooth coordination across their international supplier base.

Responsibilities
  • Support demand forecasting and maintain accurate purchase orders to ensure optimal inventory flow across assigned product lines
  • Collaborate with global suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely production and shipment of goods
  • Track and manage purchase orders throughout the lifecycle, resolving delays or discrepancies proactively
  • Track supplier KPIs such as accuracy, service quality, and on-time performance
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new sourcing opportunities, products, and international vendors aligned with company goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, operations, or supply chain roles
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel and data analysis tools
