Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc is seeking a Buyer in Fiskdale, MA to manage resin, packaging, components purchasing through the ERP system while ensuring supply chain performance. You will source suppliers, negotiate contracts, place orders, monitor inventory, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality Control to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing purchasing, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency with ERP/MRP, Excel, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing/materials environment.
• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role for 3–5 years, preferred
• 4-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain preferred
• APICS / ASCM Designation is highly preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
• High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, required
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment, required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 15 pounds
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods

• Maintain Records: Keep an accurate history of purchases, invoices, contracts, and vendor data
• Quality & Safety: Comply with safety rules and the G&F quality management system

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Buyer who will be responsible for purchasing selected resin, packaging, components, and other items through the ERP system while ensuring the optimal performance of the supply chain.
