Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel (advanced skills preferred), and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a high level of organization.
  • Hands-on with supply chain processes such as MRP systems, kanbans, JIT, and planning tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures is a plus.

Overview:

As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and supply chain operations for printed circuit board assemblies and box build assemblies. You will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, coordinating production schedules, and communicating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and production flow. Your proactive approach and strategic thinking will help optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and foster strong supplier relationships, directly contributing to the company's operational success.
