Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Purchasing Lead in North Grafton, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and coordinate with various departments to maintain inventory levels while ensuring quality and compliance with purchasing policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of purchasing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. The compensation range is $65,000 to $85,000, with additional benefits including paid time off and health insurance.
The Purchasing Lead will negotiate pricing and terms with vendors for the purchase of all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by Matec. This will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure adequate inventory is on hand to meet business needs while also maintaining controls to reduce excess stock and waste.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
