CentiMark Corporation - Buyer - Canonsburg, PA
This role is paying $53k - $58k based on education and experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Workdirectly withthe Corporate Sourcing Manager to identify, research, and evaluate potential vendors based on pricing, reliability, capacity, and quality standards.
• Purchasing & Orders: Issue and track purchase orders (POs), requests for quotations (RFQs), proposals (RFPs), and information (RFIs).
• Inventory & Delivery Control: Monitor stock levels across all locations, coordinate the movement of goods based on location needs, and resolve delivery, invoicing, or damaged-goods issues.
• Logistics: Work with preferred LTL and Truckload carriers to arrange the movement of goods, primarily inter-company shipments.
• System & Data Management: Update and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Familiarity with SAP is astrongplus.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with established agreements, industry standards, and internal corporate governance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 4+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, accounting, or supply chain operations. Initial training andstrongcontinuedemployee development will be provided.
• Key Skills: Negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills; understanding of contract law is a plus; proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.
