Job summary

SMC seeks a procurement professional to manage requisitions, maintain inventory levels, and optimize supplier performance. You will issue POs, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to reduce costs while ensuring material availability for projects.

The role involves supporting demand/forecasting systems, onboarding new suppliers, and preparing monthly inventory analyses to meet departmental KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions of equal or lower level is required.
• Intermediate (B2) to advanced (C1) English level.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of ERP computer systems.

Responsibilities

Furthermore, it involves working with various customer demand and forecasting systems, supporting new project transfers through quotations and the onboarding of new suppliers, preparing monthly inventory and shortage analyses, and contributing to the achievement of departmental performance indicators.
