Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors butter churn equipment per production specs.
• Measures cream, monitors temperature, timing and butterfat levels.
• Packages butter, labels products and secures lot codes.
• Maintains sanitation and CIP/COP procedures and records.
• Palletizes products and prepares for cold storage or shipment.
