Job summary

Agri-Mark is seeking a regular, full-time Butter Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). The role involves operating butter packaging equipment, following the production schedule, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workplace in a growing dairy cooperative.

Base pay ranges from $27.02/hr to $29.08/hr with a 7% shift differential and potential rate increases during the first 18 months, plus opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate butter packaging equipment and processing machinery.
• Follow production schedule and ensure timely output.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and perform CIP washing of equipment.
• Restock butter packaging materials and keep work area organized.
• Complete and record logs accurately per Safety and SQF procedures.
