You will operate band saws, grinders, and slicers, maintain sanitation, follow FIFO, and assist with custom orders. The ideal candidate has retail butcher experience, knife skills, and knowledge of food safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a retail, wholesale, or food production setting.
• Solid knife skills and familiarity with common butchery procedures.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, grades, and proper handling and sanitation.
• Understanding of HACCP guidelines and food safety practices.

Requirements
