Job Description - Busway Product Application Sr Specialist (009F9G)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Busway Product Application Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for driving technical support, specification, and application expertise for our busway product line across various segments. You’ll work closely with customers, consultants, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to position Schneider Electric’s busway solutions as the preferred choice in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert application support and technical guidance on busway systems (LV/MV) to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Support pre-sales activities by preparing technical proposals, BOMs, and compliance documents.
3. Work with consultants and specifiers to ensure busway systems are designed, selected, and implemented according to project needs.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and competitive analysis.
5. Conduct product and application training sessions for customers and internal teams.
6. Coordinate with global business units to localize offers, address market feedback, and support product launches.
7. Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic input.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical distribution, ideally with busway systems.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards, power distribution design, and electrical system applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
