We are looking for motivated bussers to join our Front of House staff and help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Busser responsibilities include setting tables, restocking table condiments, clearing away dirty dishes, and providing assistance to the server staff. The busser helps provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area before guests are seated
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Clear dirty dishes and other tableware throughout guest meals

• Set and refill tables with condiments, utensils, or other items as needed

• Stock cabinets and serving areas with adequate supplies (e.g. condiments, rolled silverware, glasses, etc.)

• Assist server staff as needed

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education

• High school diploma is a plus but not required

Experience

• Work experience as a busser, food runner/expo, or dishwasher preferred but not required

Skills

• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced
• Ability to understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety, sanitation, and excellence
• Ability to work effectively with front of house and heart of house staff
• Detail-oriented and thorough

Work Environment

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time
• Available to work in shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and mid-afternoon. Weekend availability is required.
