Job summary

Workstream is seeking a for our award-winning restaurants in Cranberry Township. You will help keep tables clean, assist servers, and ensure a smooth dining experience. This role offers competitive earnings and access to employee discounts and benefits.

Weekend availability (including Friday) is required, with day and night shifts across the schedule. Restaurant experience is not required, but strong communication and customer service help you shine; health coverage and PTO are included for

Responsibilities

• Bussers remove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Bussers take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas.
• Bussers respond to guest requests and communicate with the servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.

Our bussers work well in a fast-paced team environment and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Physical requirements for Busser with Mad Mex Cranberry:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.

While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
