Job Description

Come be part of our growing Tully's Family! Since 1991, Tully's Good Times has been a family owned, locally operated business with locations across Central, Western, and Southern New York. Our dining establishments offer a fun and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy "Great Food and Good Times". We are hiring full-time and part-time staff for entry-level positions, no previous experience required. We provide all necessary tools, hands-on training, and a structured career growth path.

Responsibilities

1. Work under supervision and coordinate with restaurant staff.
2. Work quickly and efficiently.
3. Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
4. Assist FOH staff to fulfill guest needs promptly.
5. Greet guests with a smile and friendliness.
6. Pre-bus dishes for servers.
7. Remove plates and glassware after guests leave.
8. Reset tables promptly, including silverware and cleanliness.
9. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, including restrooms.
10. Communicate with staff and management, wear headsets.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

1. Reliability and consistency.
2. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

4. Flexible availability for various shifts.
5. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
