Job summary

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Carmel, IN is seeking a Busser to join our team. This role focuses on keeping dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests, while supporting waitstaff to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred, and applicants must be able to lift up to 35lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials.
• Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests to be seated promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests.
• Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences for all our guests to enjoy.
