The Old Spaghetti Factory is hiring a Busser to join our team. You will help keep the dining area clean and organized, clear and reset tables, and support the waitstaff to deliver outstanding service. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

The position offers hourly pay plus tips and opportunities for training and advancement across our 40 locations. We value hard work, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a welcoming, inclusive environment for all team

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with staff and guests.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift 35 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials.
• Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests to be seated promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests.
• Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences for all our guests to enjoy.
