Razzoos McKinney (M Crowd Restaurant Group) is hiring a Busser to support wait staff and bartenders and ensure smooth service. The role emphasizes attention to detail, hospitality, and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, assisting with food delivery during peak periods, and maintaining a clean service area. Qualified candidates are 17+ with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures and table setup.
• Understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist coworkers.
• Ability to clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
• Ability to carry trays, dishes and supplies safely.
• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc.
• Between seatings promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate to the server as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
