Job summary

Loews Regency New York Hotel on Park Avenue is seeking an attentive Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a warm, memorable dining experience in a luxury setting.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy service periods while maintaining menu knowledge and guest satisfaction. Training and schedule flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
• POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
