Job summary

Dave & Buster's is looking for a part-time Busser / Service Support in Long Beach, CA. You will assist bartenders, cocktail staff and wait staff by maintaining area cleanliness and stocking supplies, ensuring a fast, friendly service environment.

Key duties include bussing and resetting tables, delivering food to tables, clearing dishes, restocking for shift changes, and maintaining restroom cleanliness. Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking.
• Keep wait stations clean; busses and resets tables.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and party breakdown.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Ensure food garnishing and timely service to Guests.
• Refresh beverage service and assist Guests with needs.
• Support other team members as needed.
