Responsibilities

• Bus stand cleanliness and stocking; keep wait stations clean.
• Empties trash and spot sweeps as needed or requested by a Manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including party breakdowns.
• Restock supplies for shift change and close.
• Ensure food is garnished properly before serving to Guests.
• Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery.
• Bus and reset tables; deliver food to tables and attend Guests' needs.
• Clear dishes, refill beverages, and assist Guests as needed.
• Assist in party setup and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Clean high chairs and booster chairs; help other team members as needed.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot; work days, nights, weekends.
