Job Title: Busser / Service Assistant

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking diligent and efficient Bussers / Service Assistants to join our team at Marion Miami. As a Busser / Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dining room operations by ensuring tables are clean, set, and ready for guests, and by assisting servers with their tasks to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional items as requested by guests.
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables and bring them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.
• Monitor and restock necessary supplies throughout service hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Work as part of a team to provide a high level of service.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
