YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Busser/Server Assistant, you will serve customers and provide great customer service by setting tables; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining establishment.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

1. Clear all used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to bus station.
2. Wipe tables, chairs, and clear debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding tables.
3. Dress tables, ensuring the dining space is cleaned.
4. Assist wait staff by refilling customers' beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items, or clean/fresh tableware.
5. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and orderly bus station at all times to improve efficiency and productivity.
6. Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dish room and distribute to each service station to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use.
7. Must be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus.

REQUIREMENTS

1. You have basic math skills.
2. You have legible handwriting.
3. You have strong teamwork, customer service, and oral communication skills.
4. Protective Clothing Required: Non-Slip shoes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

1. U.S. Work Authorization (required).
