Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring neat and presentable surfaces.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.
• Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
• Ensure service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.
