Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with a valid food handler's license.
• Display a friendly, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with strict adherence to schedules and clock-in/out times.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs to ensure a welcoming dining experience
• Help servers by refilling non-alcoholic beverages and delivering food
• Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and other restaurant areas throughout your shift
• Perform side-work such as filling ice bins, rolling silverware, and restocking server stations
• Observe guest dining experience and pre-bus tables to enhance service
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to servers and management
• Follow company policies, sanitation standards, and dress/grooming guidelines
