Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is seeking enthusiastic hospitality team members for its daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept. With over 30 corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, this role offers growth and internal advancement opportunities within a balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, maintaining clean tables, and delivering prompt guest service in a fast-paced setting. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables and seats.
• Set tables, replace condiments, and supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry to kitchens.
• Deliver food to bar and server tables as needed.
• Assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests during shift.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Wipe tables and seats
• Set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry or lift 20 pounds
