Job Details: Job Location: B Ocean Resort - Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service, The Busser/Runner keeps service fast, clean, and seamless. You’ll reset tables, run food and beverages, stock stations, and support servers and bartenders so guests enjoy a polished, timely experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Greet guests warmly; deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately; handle special requests and allergy notes per SOP.
• Table Resets: Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to standard; maintain tidy dining and service areas.
• Expo & Delivery: Coordinate with the expo/kitchen to ensure correct items, modifiers, and seat numbers; manage multi-plate carries and tray service safely.
• Stock & Prep: Refill water, coffee, bread, condiments, and side stations; restock glassware, silverware, plates, and napkins; polish as needed.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food-safety and sanitation practices (handwashing, glove use, temp danger zone awareness); keep floors dry, aisles clear, and use wet-floor signs.
• Teamwork & Communication: Relay guest needs to servers/bartenders; assist with large parties and events; support bar and dish as needed.
• Closing/Side Work: Complete side work, trash removal, and breakdown/cleaning checklists; set up for the next shift.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and around cleaning/sanitizing chemicals (PPE provided).
